When we are out on family road trips, we need a dependable place to sleep where the family can have enough space to get some good rest. We spend a lot of time together in the van, so at night it’s time to spread out and relax. The SpringHill Suites Marriott in Roanoke, Virginia was conveniently located to everything we want to explore in Blue Ridge area and gave us just exactly what we need.

We love to travel and explore new places. I’ve been to 44 states so far and the kids are up to 38. We’ve already got our eyes on the remaining states and can’t wait to visit more of our United States. But there are some places that we have already decided are worth revisiting. Roanoke, Virginia is one of those places. Roanoke is right on the path to Washington, DC and gives us the perfect stopping place as we head out to the Eastern side of the United States.
On our most recent trip to Roanoke, Virginia we enjoyed supper at the Green Goat and then spent some time exploring Wasena Park and the Sculpture Garden that backs right up to Black Dog Salvage, but then it was time to get some rest at the SpringHill Marriott.
