Over the Edge Book Review

Jumping into book three of a series can sometimes be a daunting challenge. When I requested the opportunity to read this book, I didn’t realize that I was jumping in right at the end.
Over the Edge opens up with a strong mom shooting from the inside of a stagecoach while trying to protect her small child. You have gunfire, horses, a daring move from a Mom, an unsuspecting rescue from her husband who she is trying to hunt down and kill. This book packs in more action and questions in the first 5 pages than most books put in the whole book. I was hooked right at the start.

But I will also admit to some confusion throughout the book. I am giving hints about a past where there might have been a cave catastrophe, a fire, a war hero gone crazy….. There are alot of things that make me wish I had started this series with #1.

However, this book is the culmination of a great series. Now I just have to go check out books 1 & 2 so I can find out the back story.
