Easy Burlap Gift Bags

Materials Needed:

  • Burlap
  • Ribbon
  • Large Needle
  • Scissors
  • Find all your favorite fall chapstick flavors at Delight Naturals.

Directions:

Cut the burlap twice as wide as you want your finished bag. Since I plan to use these for salves and lip balm this winter, I made them about 6″x12″

Pull out several strands of the burlap at the top of one end of the fabric.

  • Loosely sew the two sides together and flip the bag so the seam is inside.
  • OR you can just cut a square and bundle the burlap so it makes a loose bag.

The goal for your ‘bags’ is not perfection. It’s to be festive and seasonal.

Insert your favorite flavor of chapstick.

Tie a festive orange or striped ribbon to tie the bag closed.

Pumpkin Spice for Fall. A base of beeswax and coconut oil soothes and heals the driest of lips. Handcrafted in small batches to ensure the best quality and flavor and poured into Made in the USA, recyclable tubes.

Hand these out for Halloween or give them early. With the temperature starting to drop, now’s the perfect time!
