Family Fun Adventures at Mall of America
When you hear the word mall, what do you think of? I think of stores, food court, stores, a play area for the kids and more stores. But when you think of Mall of America, there’s the opportunity to do more than shopping (although there’s plenty of that too!). Mall of America is a place for family fun adventures! Whether you go for Nickolodean Universe and all the thrill rides or prefer to spend your time playing mini golf at Moose Mountain or discovering sea creatures at SeaLife, there’s something for everyone! And of course, you don’t want to miss the specialty stores for every person (LEGO store or Crayola anyone?)

Family Fun Adventures at Mall of America
When you arrive at Mall of America, you need to know a few things. The first thing to know is that this Mall is HUGE! Read some of my tips for visiting Mall of America from my first visit a few years ago!
Specialty Store: LEGO and Crayola
The LEGO store is the best place for LEGO fans! You can buy sets from your favorite series or build your own set from the LEGO wall.
But if Crayons are more your style, there is an entire Crayola store where you can buy every color crayon and marker imaginable!
SEA LIFE
Did you know that there is an entire Aquarium in the Mall of America? SEA LIFE® Minnesota Aquarium at Mall of America® is a full aquarium experience with thousands of sea creatures, including sharks, sea turtles, rays, jellyfish, seahorses and more! Take your time and wander through the exhibits and get up close to life under the sea!
You can easily walk through SEA LIFE in about an hour or take your time and enjoy each exhibit for longer. This is a fun experience that you can stretch out or fit into whatever time frame you have available!
Be ready with your camera! I’m sure the kids are going to have a fun time getting just the perfect picture!
Moose Moutain Adventure Golf
If a competitive game of miniature golf is more your style, then you will have a great time playing at Moose Mountain!
Nickolodean Universe
But of course, as if all this is not enough to make Mall of America fun for the family, then there is Nickolodean Universe! You can buy tickets for individual rides or buy the wristband that lets you ride unlimited!
Whether you are all about the roller coaster or prefer the carousel and bumper cars, you can find something for everyone!
