Reminder to Stay Hydrated this Winter
I’ve been drinking water as my drink of choice since I was in high school. It started because I wanted to save money when I was working at a fast-food restaurant. Over the years, I’ve had lots of new favorite drink cups and learned some tips to help me remember to drink water all day.
Choose your Water Bottle Type
Whether you prefer a flip-top, screw-off lid, or slide, there’s a water bottle that fits your needs. You can choose a solid color cup or go for something creative and personal.

MyBevi can be your new best friend this winter. Get your coffee fix for the day or quench that thirst with ice-cold water. The Premium MyBevi Sonoma Tumbler is a Vacuum Insulated Premium Stainless Steel Travel Tumbler. Well Told Gives 10% of Profits to Charity.
Add Flavors & Fruit
If you find that plain water feels boring to you, then add flavors or fruit. I love adding in a slice of lemon, a few strawberries, or some pineapple. Some people prefer to use powdered drink mixes or flavored drops. Whatever your preference is, don’t be afraid to add something to your water to keep it interesting.
Keep it Handy
Whichever cup you choose, keep it with you throughout the day. If you have your drink with you at all times, then you will be likely to drink more water than if you rely on a single-use plastic water bottle. So pick the one you love, fill it up constantly and stay hydrated all year long! I keep my Pirani cup with me all the time! It has been to the farm, out on picnics, down by the late-night campfire for hot dogs, and by my computer every workday.
Do you have a favorite water bottle or cup that you use? How do you stay hydrated during the winter months? I’d love to hear your favorite tips!
