What can you make for a comfort food dessert when you are out of all the specialty ingredients? Why not whip up a super simple, easy homemade peach cobbler? When I was growing up, I can remember my Mom making this very same peach cobbler on many winter evenings for dessert. At the time, it was such a treat; but I didn’t realize how easy and cheap this dessert is.

Here’s how to make the easiest homemade peach cobbler in the world!

Easiest Homemade Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Self Rising Flour
  • 1 Large Can of Peaches
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • Cinnamon to taste
Instructions
  1. Melt Butter in pan
  2. Mix milk, flour and milk
  3. Add to Butter in pan
  4. Add Peaches (drain off half of juice)
  5. Cook at 350 degrees
  6. Sprinkle Cinnamon to taste

From personal experience, this cobbler is definitely best when piping hot out of the stove. Add a scoop of icecream or whipped cream to make it even better!

  1. Peach cobbler is my favorite, I just never tried making it myself my mom would do it. I haven’t had peach cobbler in a very long time and I’ve been craving it a lot lately. I would look for it in stores, but I would much rather make it myself.
