Crochet Flower Pots for Spring
I have been enjoying making simple crochet flowers and leaves but wasn’t sure what I was going to do with them. I have used them in small baskets with Bible verse cards and shared them as little random acts of crochet kindness, but today I decided to use a terracotta flower pot and create a little bouquet to share with some family members. Here is an easy gift idea for Mother’s Day or ‘just because’ to bring a smile and flowers to someone’s life.

Crochet Flower Pots for Spring
Using yarn to create crochet flowers and leaves is a fun way to use up scrap pieces of yarn. These little flower pots are a guaranteed way to share spring and bless someone’s day!

Materials Needed
- Crochet Flowers & Leaves
- Terracotta flower pot
- Hot glue gun
- Wired flower stems
- Small Rocks

Directions
Crochet small flowers and leaves. Here is the pattern I use for my flowers and leaves.
- Fill a small terracotta pot with gravel or decorative rocks. I used a few styrofoam beads under the rocks as well.
- Strip off the flowers from a stem of fake flowers to give you a wire stem that will hold your leaves and flowers.
- Attach your leaves and flowers with small drops of hot glue as needed.

Share with friends and family members for a simple burst of spring color that won’t fade or die.
