Courageous Teens Book Review

What is the #1 thing that teens of 2012 need? According to this latest book released by the makers of the hit movie Courageous, teens need Courage. Courageous Teens is a series of chapters focusing on 4 sections of life where we all need to exhibit and model courage.

Courageous Teens

Each of the four sections is about faith, leadership, priorites and indfluence. There are Scripture verses, prayers and Biblical examples that help demonstrate ways to have courage in real life.

I’m not sure this is for the young teens as it is more for those working with the teens. This is a great resource to draw from for those leaders who want to help build a generation of courage filled teenagers!

About the Book

Courageous Teens is a student-focused presentation of Courageous Living by Michael Catt, senior pastor of Sherwood Baptist Church and executive producer of the hit film Courageous.

Catt brings fresh insight to “stories of people in the Bible who displayed great courage when it would have been easier to play it safe . . . (who) challenge me to keep moving forward. They demand that I examine my priorities and deal with anything that brings fear to my heart.”
Teen readers will be inspired to resolve to live for God as they learn more about Abraham, Moses, Nehemiah, Ruth, Daniel, and many more.
