I have been fascinated this year with the direction the 2015 Tour of Christmas Trees has taken! Not only have we seen the traditional memory trees, but we have been able to enjoy trees from around the US and around the world. Tonight, we have a collection of pictures from Marie in Norway.

Christmas Trees from Norway

My dad likes traditions so we always have Norwegian flags on the tree. They used to have it when he was a kid (just like many other families in norway). The American flag was a gift from the first Christmas after I was in Kentucky. It’s been on the tree every year since.

We always put the tree up on the 23rd, the day before we celebrate Christmas. We eat a big meal (lamb) and open presents on the 24th in the evening.
