It’s a Dog’s Life… and we love it!

If you have a dog in your life, then you understand that dogs are truly our best friends. From the moment a dog enters our life, we are never quite the same! In October 2011, we rescued our little Yorkie and our family has never been the same. There’s just something about knowing that your new dog is a part of your forever family! So, to celebrate these furry four-legged family members, I’ve invited my friends, family and blog friends to share some pictures of their kids and dogs.   1. I’ve had dogs and/or cats ever since I was a little girl. Right now I have a Bichon and he is such a great fur baby. He was my daughter’s but she couldn’t have him at her apartment. We usually get rescue dogs/cats. They are so much like family.

  4. How adorable! My son has a dog at his grandma’s house that he just adores. He’s always loved dogs since he was very young because they “understand” him, more than people do sometimes!

  7. Adorable pictures! We have 5 dogs – 4 lb chihuahua, puggle, 2 mutts and a pit mix. They all have their own personalities. It can get crazy but we would not have it any other way.

  11. What a wonderful blog, Sharon! We know and love your family dog, Henry. He is such a special doggie. We are fortunate to be able to have Henry over for playdates with our dog, Sadie, and we love every minute he is here. Not only do dogs bring happiness into the lives of our children, they are special in the lives of a lot of older people, as well.

  12. Every single one of these dogs is so cute. I would be proud to own any of them. Dogs truly are are best friend. Yes, they can be a lot of work. However, what we get in return from them is far greater.
