When the snow is falling and the temperatures are in the low teens, there’s just nothing better than a bowl of hot chili. But how do you fix chili? We have made chili for almost 20 years and I still don’t have a favorite chili recipe. So now’s the time to share!

I love using the tomatoes that I canned last summer when my garden was doing well. But I don’t like runny chili, so recently I have started just buying a pack of chili mix to add to my beef, beans and tomato.

But I know that there are many of you who are famous for your chili recipes. I have been searching the internet to find Chili Recipes. So, I guess in theory, we could try a different recipe for chili each week for quite a few months.

My friend Amanda is an inspiration to me and many others. She can take a regular recipe and tweak it just a bit to make it healthy. Here’s her version of Healthy Crock Pot Wendy’s Chili.
